Monetary Collages by Rodrigo Torres
It’s no surprise people keep finding hidden buildings, ill portends of the future, and other conspiratorial meanings in paper money… I mean, have you seen these things? The linework on currency from all over the world is so intricately interwoven between culture, heritage, symbolism, and celebrity, Rodrigo decided to cut and paste collages using nothing but the brightly hued bills. I’d buy that for a dollar… if it were still legal tender.

Animal Head Sculpture Weapons by Peter Gronquist
Hey is that a Jackalope, NOPE! It’s Peter Gronquist. Part of Pete’s new show: “The Evolution Will Be Fabulous” at Gallery1988, this exhibit features a wide range of gold-plated designer assault rifles along with the pictured project combining various weapontry with taxidermy. My favorite is the Jackalope, which has only been made even deadlier with fashionable submachineguns affixed to its mighty antlers. This last pic doesnt involve weapons, at least, not the overt kind:
Stop-motion of a tattoo being done, this is really well-made.
